This course is aimed at all staff working within Health and Social Care who are involved in supporting individuals with a personality disorder.
The course will provide the delegates with the confidence to identify symptoms and provide various strategies to support the individual.

Causes of Personality Disorder
Discuss possible causes of Personality Disorder, including:

Early childhood and teenage traumas

Treatment and Support
Discuss treatment options for Personality Disorders.
Understand the support available.
At the end of the training session, there is a written assessment to evidence the learning of the attendees.
