Delivery on most products will be attempted within 3-5 working days. Any custom products or items with personalisation will take longer. Orders are processed at 4pm Monday to Friday, any order placed after this time will not be processed until the next day
Delivery costs to UK Mainland addresses are:
- Standard £5.95 inc vat
Deliveries are usually made by a courier service, which will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone will be available to check and sign for your goods.
There may be additional charges for large and heavy items that require delivery to certain outlying areas. We will always inform you of these shipping charges prior to despatch.
Please Note - We do not process orders at the weekend or over bank holidays. Any orders placed during these times are processed on the Monday (or the first day back after the Bank Holiday). All deliveries, schedules and timescales are made on a ‘best endeavours’ basis, we cannot accept any liability or costs for late delivery of orders.
We sometimes ship items from other warehouses and on rare circumstances an earlier cut-off time may apply. Should this be the case we will always try to notify you prior to shipping your order.
