This course is aimed primarily at kitchen staff but can be attended by all staff.
The course will provide an awareness of food allergens. Also included will be dietary requirements for Coeliac Disease, Gluten Free, Food Allergies and also Diabetes.
At the end of the course, there will be a short-written assessment to evidence the learning of the delegates.
