Identify the multi-disciplinary teams who may be involved in supporting individuals with Down’s Syndrome including:
Speech and Language Therapist
Physiotherapist
Occupational Therapist
GPs including regular health checks
Relationships and Fertility
Discuss the support that may be required for individuals with Down’s Syndrome to lead an independent life which may include relationships and having a family of their own.
