This awareness course is designed for Registered Nurses who will be administering injections, this includes subcutaneous, intramuscular and intravenous injections.
The course does include administration of medication via a syringe driver, although this does not provide full training on use of syringe drivers. Please see separate course aims for syringe drivers.

At the end of the training session, there is a written assessment to evidence the learning of the attendees.
