This course is aimed at all health and social care staff who may have the responsibility for preparing food for residents.

At the end of the training course, there will be a practical session which all delegates are expected to participate in.

Understand different food textures required for food molds

Infection Control

Understand the importance of infection control

Discuss cleaning of the food molds

Presentation of Food

Understand the importance of food colours

Practical Session

Trainer will demonstrate the use of food molds

Delegates are encouraged to participate in practical session exploring use of food molds.
