Course Title: Dyslexia Awareness

This course is aimed at all health and social care staff who may have responsibility for the day-to-day care and support of an individual with Dyslexia.
This course will provide an understanding of the presentations and challenges for an individual with dyslexia.
At the end of the training session, there is a short-written assessment to evidence the learning of the attendees.

Discuss screening tests for both adults and children.

Understand support available for individuals with dyslexia.
Discuss areas of support for further advice.
