Mae Cyngor Sir Ceredigion wedi'i leoli yng Nghanolbarth Cymru. Mae'n gwasanaethu poblogaeth o tua 71 mil ac fel llawer o awdurdodau mae ganddi boblogaeth sy'n heneiddio.
Am y 6 blynedd diwethaf, mae'r Tîm Dysgu a Datblygu o fewn y Cyngor wedi bod yn cydweithio â Training2care i gynnig Bws Profiad Dementia i bobl sy'n gweithio ym maes gofal cymdeithasol.
Mae staff sydd wedi derbyn y cyfle dysgu unigryw ac arbrofol hwn wedi gwneud sylwadau ar ba mor bwerus ydyw:

‘Effaith enfawr ar fy nealltwriaeth a sut mae'n teimlo i fyw gyda Dementia'
‘Argymell yn fawr i ofalwyr a theuluoedd'

Ar 12 Awst 2024 byddwn yn cynnal y Daith Dementia Rhithiol. Mae’r llefydd sydd ar gael ar gyfer y profiad hyfforddi anhygoel hwn yn gyfyngedig iawn!

Ceredigion County Council is situated in Mid Wales. It serves a population of around 71 thousand and like a lot of authorities has an ageing population.
For the last 6 years, the Learning & Development Team at the Council have been working collaboratively with Training2care to offer the Dementia Bus Experience to people working in social care.
Staff who have received this unique and experiential learning opportunity have commented on how powerful it is:
